Union Paving constructed a new rail facility and bridges at the Port Authority’s Corbin Street facility. The work included: vertical wick drains, excavation, disposal of contaminated soil, site clearing, sheet-piling, cofferdams, in-water piles for bridge piers, precast bridge construction over water, railroad ballast, rail realignment and installation, and storm drainage.
