Union Paving performed all work necessary to reconstruct a portion of Rt. 78, including: excavation; paving; drainage; steel piling; cofferdams; fiber optic utilities; road, bridge, and noise barrier construction; highway lighting; and concrete repairs all alongside heavy vehicular traffic, requiring a high level of pre-planning and coordination.
